The contract should also include clauses on increasing the company's turnover, which depends on the dealer. It is imperative that the contract form is accompanied by a dealer reporting form dedicated to the analysis of market conditions and the most complete descriptions of goods. However, this set of services may vary, depending on the experience of the dealer and the interest of the customer.
