Get the status of a lawyer. To do this, graduate from a university with a degree in jurisprudence. Then work in this area for at least two years. An alternative could be the practice during or after studying at a law office or legal advice. After that, you will be able to apply to the college to obtain the status of a lawyer.

Contact your local bar. You can find her address on the website of the Federal Chamber of the Russian Federation. Write the appropriate application and pass an exam to confirm your legal knowledge. After approving your application and registering your account, open a bank account and open your seal. You will interact with various organizations as an individual entrepreneur, since the law office does not provide for the creation of a legal entity.

Maintain regular contact with the bar in your area. You will need to send them part of the reporting documentation, so register with each contract your client’s request for advice.

Specify in the house of lawyers at your place of residence the amount of deductions that you will have to pay there monthly for the work of the created office.
