How to get a license for passenger transportation

Any transportation requires a certain official permission of state bodies to carry out this kind of activity. Such permission is to issue a specific license, which gives the right to transportation. A license, as a rule, is issued for a certain period (5 years) and after which it must be renewed without fail. You can obtain a license for the vehicles you use for transportation even if such vehicles are not in your property, and you just rent it.

Collect all the constituent documents of the organization that is going to open the license for the carriage of passengers. The list of such documents includes:

- the charter of the organization, as well as all kinds of changes and additions to this type of document, their numbers and registration certificates;

- certificate of state registration of this legal entity;

- a document from the tax authorities, indicating the registration of a legal entity;

- certificate of registration of a legal entity with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (required only for those organizations that were registered before July 1, 2002);

- extract from the state register of legal entities;

- a decision regarding the appointment of a manager;

- an agreement confirming the actual address of the enterprise, as well as the rental of a vehicle (if the vehicle is rented);

- documents proving the identity of the person in charge and confirming the fact that the person is responsible (work book and employment contract, certificate confirming professional activity in the field of motor transport, certification on road safety and passport).

Prepare all documents for drivers who will carry passengers. The package of such documents includes a driver’s license, medical certificate, employment record, employment contract and documents confirming the driving experience in category “D” (at least 3 years).

Issue all documents for transport (OSAGO policy. Technical passport, TRP certificate, certificate of state registration of the vehicle, rental agreement) and passport data of the bus owner (in case of rental).

Collect documents containing information about the presence in the organization of the chief accountant responsible for transport and information about the manager himself. Also print out bank details and all company contacts.

Make an agreement for the parking of vehicles, an agreement between a passenger transportation company and a company that will inspect drivers before the flight, as well as an agreement for the maintenance of buses and copies of licenses (certificates) for the right to carry out these types of activities by organizations with which agreements are concluded, attach these documents and all paid receipts.
