There are few such skills that residents of large cities would learn to learn as massively as driving a car. That is why the market for educational services in this area is almost "rubber" - there are already really a lot of driving schools, but more and more new ones appear. What needs to be done to organize driving training yourself?

Rent a classroom for theoretical lessons and a site for driving practice. Several schools often use one site at once; it may have tenants, who in turn offer sublease. Another option is an hourly fee for everyone who wants to practice, regardless of belonging to a particular driving school. No matter how business relations are built with its owner, you should definitely be able to use some training ground for practical training.

Some owners of driving schools advise buying an old car and extracting all the necessary parts from it instead of a number of ready-made "training" spare parts - it costs less in the end.

Decide in advance according to what scheme you will organize practical training in a driving school - whether you will have a fleet of training cars, or instructors will teach "cadets" how to drive their own cars. In the first case, you will need to purchase several cars (possibly “broken” ones to save money) and re-equip them in a specialized workshop, then register them with the traffic police. In the second, each instructor must be registered as an individual entrepreneur, and a contract for the provision of services is concluded with him.

Arrange with a teacher (for example, a teacher at a road technical school) who will conduct theory classes at your school on an hourly basis. Find three driving instructors (the standard number for most driving schools), with or without your training cars. As a rule, the administrator supervises a training process at a driving school, a hired employee with a fixed salary.

In order not to invest in the purchase of furniture, you can rent a room in any municipal educational institution - in this case, chairs, tables and a board will already be at your disposal.

Since the market for driving training services is very saturated, use all available means of advertising — outdoor signs and pillars, leaflets, advertisements in print media and electronic sources — to promote your institution.
