Purchase the tire fitting equipment that will be used in your workshop. The standard set is a tire changer, balancing stand, compressor, vulcanizer and several jacks. You will also need to get a supply of consumables - repair kits for repairing tires.

Find a place suitable for mounting the tire. Landmarks - a large highway at the entrance to the city or a gas station, and things are going well at tire shops located inside large residential areas.
