How to open a rehabilitation center

Rehabilitation is understood as a combination of medical, psychological, professional, pedagogical and legal measures aimed at restoring health, working ability and improving the adaptation of people who have suffered diseases, injuries or find themselves in difficult life circumstances. For high-quality rehabilitation, specialized institutions (centers) are created, which are called upon to provide qualified assistance, support and support to those in need.

Determine the direction of the future rehabilitation center. This may be an institution specializing in providing assistance to patients, persons experiencing various types of addictions (alcohol, drugs and so on). The center can also provide psychological support to those who have left the walls of correctional institutions and need social adaptation.

Make a detailed plan for creating a rehabilitation center, based on the chosen direction of its activities. Separate organizational issues, sources of property and means of rehabilitation formation into separate sections of the plan, write down the financial plan separately. The plan should include issues of selection, training and placement of staff of the institution.

When planning, provide sources of funding for the institution. Will it be a center on self-sufficiency, or will it need to attract local or federal budget resources for its functioning? Is it possible to secure financial support from commercial organizations or public associations, charitable foundations?

Determine in which territory the center will carry out its activities. Will it be focused on the population of a particular city, region, republic? The status of the institution that you have to indicate when registering the structure will depend on the choice of the territory of coverage.

If the rehabilitation activity involves the provision of medical care, check with your local health care institution what types of center services will require compulsory licensing. In some cases, it will also be necessary to have an appropriate license for specialists working in the center or invited from outside. Choose a room suitable for the center. It should be geographically accessible and functional. Determine whether you will rent a room or purchase it in the ownership of the institution.

Register the rehabilitation center with the appropriate authorities. Put the institution on all types of accounts, including tax. After obtaining the required status, you can fully carry out the activities stipulated by the plan and concept of the center.
