How to open an IP in Voronezh

In order to register an IP in Voronezh, you just need to collect the necessary package of documents and submit it to the Unified Registration Center in person or send it by registered mail by mail.

Decide what exactly your organization registered in the form of IP will do. Select the types of economic activity in the OKVED directory (at least 3).

If you are planning to send documents by mail, contact a notary public and certify copies of all documents required for registration, namely: - passport (with permanent or temporary registration in Voronezh); - TIN; - SNILS.

If you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation, but decided to register an IP in Voronezh, you will need a notarized translation of your passport into Russian, as well as a temporary residence permit or residence permit.

Contact the tax office or the ECR (Karl Marx St., 46) and take the application form for registering an IP in the form of P21001 or download it from the websites www.nalog.ru or www.gosuslugi.ru. Indicate in the application: - your name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, address of residence, contact phone number; - passport data; - types of economic activity.

Provide a list of documents required for registration in the application. Assure him of a notary public. Choose a taxation system and draw up an application for tax registration in the form No. ENVD-2 (UTII) or 2-5-Accounting (STS).

Pay the state fee in the prescribed amount. Present all the documents in person or send them by registered mail by mail to the ECR (394006, Voronezh, ul. Karl Marx, 46). Together with them, you can submit or forward applications for registration in extra-budgetary funds and in the Federal State Statistics Service. After 5 working days, receive a certificate of registration of individual entrepreneurs, a certificate of tax registration, an extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises, statistics codes and notifications from extrabudgetary funds. You can receive these documents by mail by presenting your passport and notice.
