Decide which courses in which specialties you want and have the opportunity to conduct, create a concept that unites diverse training programs. A more or less standard set of disciplines common for "centers of excellence" (accounting, personnel management, secretary-referent) can be supplemented by courses organized on the basis of trainings that develop certain personal qualities.

Find the room where the training sessions will take place. A successful and common solution to this problem is renting space in a municipal educational institution. You can rent classrooms only for the duration of the classes and significantly save on rent.

Invite teachers and those who will help solve organizational issues to work at your center for continuing education. You need to have several secretary consultants, an accountant, and - preferably - an administrator. Teachers are employed part-time with hourly pay.

Purchase the necessary equipment if it is not available in the premises you rent. You will definitely need to equip one class with computers; it is advisable to also use a media projector in your work. In addition, in order to undergo licensing, an organization conducting professional courses must have a set of educational literature.

Obtain the license required for educational activities. To do this, submit to the Committee on Education all the data about your educational institution (including educational programs) and constituent documents.
