An individual entrepreneur is a person who has been registered with the tax authorities in order to carry out entrepreneurial activities without a legal education. By choosing this legal form, you simplify tax and accounting, and you will also pay taxes at reduced rates. But there are also disadvantages: not every serious organization will want to cooperate with an individual entrepreneur. Still, how to open an IP?

Instruction manual

1

Gather all the necessary documents, it includes: a copy of all sheets of the passport and the original, a TIN certificate (if you have one), contact details (home phone, mobile, email, etc.). Sew and number copies of passport sheets. At the place of bonding, stick a small paper on which write the number of sheets; indicate date; put a signature.

2

Decide on the type of economic activity. Formulate the name according to the OKVED directory. There may be several codes. Also choose a tax regime.

3

Fill out the application for state registration of an individual as an entrepreneur, which has a unified form No. Р2001. You can take the form of this document at any tax office, or download it on the Internet. Fill in only those columns that apply to you. Corrections in the application are not allowed, so take several forms at once.

4

Contact any notary public in whose presence you must sign the above statement. He must confirm its authenticity by putting a stamp, signature and registering the document in the act.

5

Contact any branch of the Savings Bank to pay the state fee for registering an individual entrepreneur, the amount of which they will tell you at the cash desk. Before that, find out the details of the tax in which you will be registered (KBK, TIN, PPC).

6

With all the above documents, go to the tax office, which is located in the area in which you are registered. The tax inspector must accept the package of documents, providing you with a receipt. After five working days, come back to the tax office to obtain a certificate of registration and an extract from the Unified State Register of Enterprises.

Useful advice

You can receive registration documents by mail, for this, notify the tax inspector that the receipt will not take place personally.
