Instruction manual

1

Make a decision to create a branch at the general meeting of the founders of the company. Make changes to the charter and constituent documents. Contact your local tax office for registration. Get a certificate of change registration.

2

Contact extrabudgetary funds (PFR, FSS and MHIF) for new registration documents.

3

Prepare other documents necessary for opening a branch in Moscow:

- certified copies of all constituent documents;

- Regulation on the branch (with the signature of the head and seal of the organization);

- certified copies of the USRLE of the parent organization (as amended);

- certified copies of the PSRN;

- certified copies of the TIN of the organization;

- certified copies of OKVED;

- certified copies of notifications of re-registration in extra-budgetary funds;

- information about the accounts of the company;

- a certificate from the head of the parent organization about who will pay taxes, with a signature and seal.

4

Go to Moscow (you or your agent) and look for a room for the office and production needs (if necessary). Depending on the status of your company, rent an office in the center of the capital, in Moscow City or in other areas, but not too far from highways and metro stations. Premises for industrial needs should be sought in the suburbs.

5

Contact the tax office (located in the same area as the office space you rented for the branch). Present the entire package of documents, adding information about the legal address of the branch, lease agreement or certificate of ownership of the premises.

6

Beware of scammers offering for a fee to issue all the documents or "buy" their legal address of the branch. It is better to really spend a little money and rent at least a small office, than to stay with nothing and arouse suspicion among tax officials.
