First of all, you must get a law degree. If you have one, make a business plan for your company. Here you must clearly plan all your steps in advance, provide for possible "pitfalls" and failures. In the business plan describe in detail the planned costs, revenues, payback period of the project.

Choose your legal form. If you want to advise only individuals, it is advisable to register an individual entrepreneur, since with this form the tax system is significantly simplified and the rates for contributions to the budget are reduced. If you want to direct your activities to legal entities, open an LLC, as many managers work only with organizations that pay VAT.

Collect a package of documents for registration of the organization in tax inspection. You will need a passport, an application of the established form, a receipt on payment of state duty, a receipt on contribution to the authorized capital, minutes of the meeting and other documents.

Analyze the legal services market in your area. You can find out all the pros and cons of competitors and take them into account in your work. Conduct a survey among citizens or contact a marketing company.

Find an office space. You do not have to buy it, you can just rent it. Fill the office with all kinds of furniture. Get office equipment (computer, fax, photocopy, etc.), reference books, stationery and other items you need.

Pick up staff for work. At first, you can provide legal advice on your own, but as soon as the client base expands, accept lawyers in various areas, for example, according to the land, family code.
