How to organize a legal entity

A large number of people open their organizations, based no longer on any theoretical knowledge, but simply because they like to take risks and want to make their life more interesting. It is necessary to have at least minimal knowledge about how to organize a legal entity.

Think about what you want to do. For example, if you want to open a store, then analyze what you will sell in it. To do this, pay attention to supply and demand in your city (or village, village). Thus, you can determine which product will actually be in demand.

Create a business plan for your future venture. In it, describe how you will develop: plan your company so that the organization makes a profit and can expand in the future.

Create a name for your legal entity. It should be short and memorized at the same time. Moreover, it is best that the name of the company reflects its activities.

Choose the legal form for your enterprise (LLC, IP, OJSC). These forms are provided for by civil law. The firm may be commercial or non-profit.

Rent the necessary premises where you can develop your entrepreneurial activity.

Register a company and get permission to open your own business (license). To do this, contact the state inspectorate and write an application for a license.

Collect the package of documents necessary for registration of a legal entity. It should include: - a business plan; - a photocopy of the passports of the founders (or the founder) and the future head of the company; - a document containing information about the size of the formed authorized capital.

Pay the required fee for considering the application. At the same time, be sure to save the receipt confirming payment.

Submit all documents together with the receipt and application to the relevant government agency.
