How to organize a summer camp

It’s not easy to open a summer camp for the first time, it is difficult to choose the type of recreation that will satisfy all children among a large number of opportunities. Recently, the popularity of summer labor and recreation camps has been growing. The guys really enjoy working and relaxing. They are given the opportunity to feel like adults. Conclude an agreement with an agricultural organization ready to accept students, provide them with work and, of course, pay for this work. Make sure that the contract stipulates that the current labor and social insurance laws apply to the squad members. Set a working week of no more than 6 working days. Fix the amount of work for the entire period, indicate the existing norms and prices. Designate that 3 days before the completion of work, the management of the farm is obliged to prepare the final calculation and make it completely before the day of departure.

Make, sign, and apply to the county or department for funding the summer camp. Indicate the location of the camp and make an estimate of the costs.

From everyone who wants to go to the camp, collect the statements that are needed so that the guys are aware of their choice. In the statement, everyone undertakes to comply with the established standards of work, strictly observe discipline, and actively participate in the life of the camp. Mandatory applications must be signed by parents and leave their phone numbers.

Give everyone a list of things to take with you. Remind of two types of work clothes: light (in two sets) and warm, which also includes rain protection. Add gloves and gloves as a separate item. Mention every little thing a child should have, right down to the toothbrush, rubber boots. If necessary, parents should give the care provider the medicines that their child consumes. You should take food, dry foods, tea, sugar. Exclude canned goods as a separate item!

Take care of tickets in advance. Submit a collective reservation request to the railway passenger service agency.

Complete brigades before departure. Upon arrival, select headquarters. Pay the main attention to planning the second half of the day, after the end of a quiet hour, when the troops will rest after work in the field. They will remember these events and will want to repeat them next year with you.
