Upon completion of the construction of a house or other property, it is necessary to conduct an initial technical inventory and commissioning of the house. To do this, you need to get a full set of permits that are necessary for putting a new home into operation.

Conduct legal registration according to the results of construction. To do this, you should contact the local authorities with a written statement on the convening of the selection committee so that they can consider the possibility of putting the property into operation, the construction of which has recently been completed.

Consider the stages of commissioning the completed construction of a country house: - Conducting an initial technical inventory, which includes: drawing up an act on land allotment; obtaining a certificate of registration of land ownership; Decision of the Decree of the Chapter, allowing design and construction; obtaining a permit letter for construction; approval and approval of the project of the house; a certified land plot plan by those authorities that are responsible for carrying out the necessary cadastral works. - Obtaining a document on acceptance of the house (completed construction) in the form of an act.

Provide the necessary approvals with the following persons: the chief architect, the chairman of the committee on land management and land resources, the state inspector of the Main Directorate of Natural Resources, the head of the territorial administration, the head of the State Fire Service, the director of the branch of the State Regional Bureau of Technical Inventory, the head of the State Inspectorate for Architectural and Construction Supervision.

Get an opinion from the authorities of the State Architectural Construction Supervision. To do this, collect the following documents: - A certificate confirming state registration and the right to land; - A resolution of the head of the city (district) confirming permission to design and build; - A resolution on the allocation of this land plot; - A construction passport, a plan for placing the building on the site, permissive letter of construction; - An approved and agreed development project; - GASK registration card; - Documents on the initial technical inventory; - Act of the selection committee; - Power of attorney or egrazhdansky passport; - Number of the Registered ID - Documents coordination with the relevant services of the different utilities (water, sewer, gas, electricity); - proof of purchase required autonomous fire detectors.

Get an order from the head of the city administration about putting the house into operation. Acceptance of the completed construction project is made out by an act of the selection committee, which must be approved by the head of the municipality.
