The success of an organization is determined by many factors. Responsible and satisfied employees are able to carry out work to a larger extent and more efficiently than those who see the miscalculations of the leadership and systematically feel indifference to themselves. If you reduce the number of irritants at work, you can achieve greater returns from staff. Comfortable working conditions, timely payment of salaries, social guarantees and a strong corporate culture positively affect the mood of employees, provoke initiative and desire to improve the quality of goods or services provided by the enterprise.

Using a flexible work schedule makes it possible to bring trusted matters to their logical conclusion without regard to time. The advantages of such a schedule are explained by the fact that it is impossible to “adjust” all members of the collective to the generally accepted norms of labor organization. Some of the workers in their "internal hours" belong to the "larks", some to the "owls"; it’s convenient for someone to work remotely and provide results by e-mail, and for someone, the office environment is ideal for maximum workload. Certain responsibilities are associated with traveling outside the organization, which allows you to change the exterior and relax from the bustling office. Taking into account the needs and biological characteristics of each employee allows us to accelerate the solution of production problems, improve communication, and foster a sense of belonging to the values ​​of the company.

The establishment of a case review team is a way to protect the interests of employees who have been punished. If representatives of one profession can apply to the union to report violations in the industry, then at the level of a particular organization, the presence of one type of control - administrative - looks like a mockery. How can an employee ask for “pardon” of the same people who accused him of this or that misconduct? An uninterested, and therefore objective, body - a case review team - consists of representatives of employees and managers, which eliminates the one-sidedness of the decisions made.

An evolutionary step in the organization of labor is to provide employees with the opportunity to participate in the management of the enterprise. On the one hand, this unloads managers; on the other hand, it creates a feeling among the staff of a real impact on the company's activities. To this end, quality circles, groups with special tasks, and self-regulatory groups are created. Feeling increased responsibility, workers are not engaged in the search for defective products, but in preventing the production of such products. Solving specific tasks within the group helps to avoid delaying the production process. Determine the delay factor, eliminate it, systematize the conditions under which the work is performed in the best way - specific functions of the target groups of workers.

Awareness of the value of their work by employees is a way of non-material stimulation of productivity. Responsibility for the trusted circle of issues and for the activities of other members of the group disciplines and does not allow to neglect the work. Increasing the importance of personal contribution to the development of the company contributes to the formation of relationships of interdependence between team members and management.
