Gather the necessary set of documents for registering a sign. To do this, prepare the following document - Extract from the state unified register of enterprises (legal entities). It must be certified by the seal of the company; - A copy of the certificate of entry of a legal entity in the State Unified Register. This document must also be certified by the seal of the company; - A copy of the information letter on the registration in the Unified State Register of Enterprises, certified by the seal of the company; - A copy of the certificate from the tax authorities on the registration of the company and its assignment of the TIN, certified by the seal of the company; - A notarized copy of the document, confirming the right of ownership of the premises, structure, building or other object; - A notarized copy of the lease agreement concluded with the owner or with another person who has certain rights to property о; - Conclusion on the technical expertise; - A notarized copy of the certificate from the bureau, which conducts a technical inventory of the balance of the premises (buildings) of the current year. This certificate is valid for one calendar year; - A copy of the technical design indicating the structure of the electricity wiring.

Get permission to install a suitable advertising structure for the sign. To do this, write an application for this permission. Then submit the written application along with the necessary documents to local authorities.

Please note that when using any trademarks on the sign, you must provide a certificate of registration of the applied trademark, as well as a permit confirming its use. Attach this document in addition to the above package of documents.
