How to open a service station

The success of a service station almost directly depends on two factors - a successful location and the professionalism of the craftsmen working in it. • - a plot of land from three hectares and a building on it with the ability to connect to utilities;

Find a building that is suitable in all respects for the organization of a service station in it. A car service should be located at least 50 meters from residential buildings, be located in a separate building, and the territory adjacent to it should contain at least 3 hectares of land. From a marketing point of view, it is important that the car service is in close proximity to a busy road, which should also be remembered.

Draw up a design for a service station, which should be agreed upon by Rospotrebnadzor (SES), traffic police, fire inspectorate and local environmental service. Obligatory licensing for this kind of activity is canceled, the legal form is individual entrepreneurship, or a legal entity (LLC, ZAO, OJSC), its registration procedure is standard.

Outline the range of car repair and maintenance services that you will provide. Based on it, buy a set of equipment (diagnostic and purely technical) and a tool. One of the most profitable areas of work of any service station is the repair of injection engines, diagnostic equipment for this type of activity is not cheap, but in no case can you save on it.

Recruit masters, guided solely by recommendations, and not by the personal impression of an interview or a track record of candidates. Your institution will turn out to be profitable only if people with "golden" hands work in it, so approach the solution of personnel issues with all responsibility. Employees need to be motivated by giving them a percentage of the value of the orders they fulfill; one fixed salary will never be sufficient reason for hard work.
