How to register an IP in Moscow

The procedure for registering IP in Moscow is generally the same as in other subjects of the Federation. But we can say with confidence that you need to apply for this matter not to the tax office at the place of registration, but to the registering interdistrict inspection No. 46. Notary services for certification of signatures are also slightly higher than in the regions in the capital.

• - a completed application for registration of an IP with a notary visa;

• - receipt of payment of state duty;

• - A simple photocopy of the passport (personal data and registration);

• - a statement on the transition to simplification (optional).

The application for registration of IP is easiest to download on the Internet. There are plenty of resources where it can be found, and the form is the same for the whole country.

Obtaining this document from the tax inspectorate in the capital is most often problematic, although it may depend on the particular tax inspectorate (in practice, each has its own procedures). In the 46th, where documents are directly accepted, there is no chance for sure.

The procedure for filling out an application is also the same for all of Russia. You fill out only those sections in which you must enter the data. Intended to be filled in by a notary and employees of the tax authority (each has a corresponding mark) do not touch.

Do not write anything either, for example, in the subsections about the data of the alien's passport, temporary residence permit or residence permit in the Russian Federation, if you are a citizen of Russia.

In the section for OKVED codes, enter data based on your plans for your business and its intended development and the contents of the code directory. If it does not contain an accurate description of your activity, choose the one that is closest in meaning.

Fasten all pages of the statement with a stapler. On the back side of the place of bonding, stick paper and write on it "Numbered and sealed with the signature of … sheets", put the date and sign it.

In extreme cases, the sticker can be obtained and filled directly in the MINFS-46 upon delivery of documents.

Assure the completed application to a notary public. To do this, you will need this document itself, your passport and money to pay for the service (in 2009, an average of 700 - 1 thousand rubles).

Pay the state fee. You can generate a receipt using the service "Fill in a payment order" on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, and make a payment - in any branch of Sberbank.

The payee is MIFNS-46, respectively, its code 7746. The same code must be indicated in the application for registration of IP in the column for the tax authority to which it is addressed.

Make a simple photocopy of your passport: pages with personal data and registration on one A4 sheet.

Take all the documents to the MIFNS-46, take an electronic queue and hand over the set to the tax employee.

You can take and fill out the application form for the transition to a simplified taxation system, which is best filed with the registration kit, directly at the inspection.

If the documents are in order, you will be given a receipt on their admission and within five business days you will receive an extract from the USRIP and a certificate of state registration of the IP.
