How to register a private emergency

If you want to start your own business, but don’t know how, then first go to the tax office and register your private enterprise (PE) there.

You will need

• Application for state registration in the form of No. Z21001, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2002 No. 439;

• Copy of passport notarized;

• State duty payment document;

• Money for courier or mail.

Step one - pay the state fee for opening a private enterprise. Its size is 400 rubles. You can do this at any branch of Sberbank.

Next, you need to remove a copy from your passport. It must be notarized. If there is no copy, then when submitting documents, you will need to provide the original passport.

At any law firm or printing house, take a tax application form. Fill in the pattern. And gather with you in a single package of documents. Then you send this package to the tax either through a courier (in this case you need to write a notarized power of attorney), or send it by mail with declared value and an attached inventory.

If your documents are in order, the tax inspectorate will consider your request to register the company within 5 days and will send you its package of documents. Entering it: certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in the form of N Z61001 and an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs. Now you can safely open your own business.

Useful advice

After you have registered a state of emergency, do not forget to monitor your tax reporting. Even if you do not have income yet.
