How to create a company in Ukraine

Many Russians now want to invest their funds in the CIS countries by registering their enterprises there. The process of registering an enterprise in the territories of the countries of the former USSR is somewhat different from the domestic one, although there are also many common characteristics.

• - Registration in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;

• - registration in tax;

• - Registration at the Pension Fund.

In Ukraine, as in many other countries, the process of registration of an enterprise depends on the form of its legal ownership. The simplest procedure for registration of a business entity. Having made up you can choose a single tax, that is, a fixed rate that you need to pay every month, regardless of the size of the profit. The main thing is that the maximum annual turnover does not exceed 500 thousand hryvnias, that is, 2 million rubles.

Reporting as a business entity you must submit every three months, opening a bank account and own press of your own free will. For registration, submit to the municipal body, the so-called Unified Licensing Center (ЄDinilial Call Center) identity documents (passport and its copies), an identification code and inform about the type of activity of the future company. After which you will be given an extract on the registration of your company in the Unified State Register, with which you contact the tax office to register with the tax authorities and register with the Pension Fund, Social Insurance and Statistics Department.

Registration of a limited liability company is a more complicated procedure. Here, in addition to the above documents, provide the statutory documents of the company, as well as open a bank account and get permission to print.

To register a representative office of a foreign company, prepare the necessary package of documents, obtain permission to print, open a bank account and register with the local tax office, the Ministry of Economics, the Pension Fund and the statistics department.

Attach an extract from the commercial or judicial register of the country where the foreign company’s main office is located (in 3 copies), a petition from a Ukrainian legal entity to open a P type account to the representative office, and a letter of attorney from the head of the foreign company to perform representative functions in Ukraine.
