According to the Russian tax legislation, all organizations with fixed assets on the balance sheet must pay property tax. To report to the authorities, managers must submit quarterly advance payment calculations and, at the end of the year, a property tax return. It is very important to correctly calculate all the indicators and fill out the form above.

Please note that the declaration consists of 3 sections, the last of which fill in if your organization is not a tax agent and has fixed assets located in the Russian Federation.

Fill out the form from the title page. Here it is necessary to enter data relating to the organization itself, that is, TIN, KPP, name of organization, OKVED. You can get all this information from constituent documents or extracts from the state register.

Indicate the adjustment number. If you are creating an unspecified declaration, then indicate "00". Enter the tax period code. It all depends on the circumstances that caused you to generate a report: if you are handing over for the next calendar year - specify the code "34", if the organization is liquidated - "50".

Put down the date of compilation, signature and blue print of the organization’s seal Next, go on to fill out section 2.

Indicate TIN, PPC, OKATO, put down the page number (3). Now calculate the average annual value of the property listed on the balance sheet. To do this, fill in lines 020-141. Here write down the residual value of fixed assets on the 1st day of each month.

Add the residual values ​​for the year (lines 020-141) and divide by 13, the resulting number should be indicated on line 150. If you do not have non-taxable property on the balance sheet, then the amount indicated on line 150 should also be indicated on line 190.

Put a tax rate that is 2.2%. Multiply the sum by line 190 by it.

Indicate the amount of advance payments that were paid for 9 months. For this you will need calculations.

Proceed to completing section 1. Also indicate all the details, put down the page number (2). In the "budget organization code" field, enter the BSC; you can check it with the tax office. On line 030, indicate the amount to be paid (line 190-line 230). If it turns out with a minus, write it in the line below.
