If you do not yet have an account in the Elba Electronic Accountant service, sign up for it. If you plan to limit yourself to submitting a set of mandatory reporting documents to the tax system, including information on the average headcount, a free account is enough for you.

Registration in the system is not difficult, and the data you entered in this case will then automatically form the basis of the documents generated by the system. After that, you can enter the system at any time and perform the necessary operations.

You can skip this step if you do not have employees. If available, you will have to enter data for each into the system. To do this, click on the "Employees" link, check the box next to the phrase "I have officially established employees." Then click on the "Add Employee" button and enter the necessary data in the form that opens. This applies not only to full-time employees, but also executed under a contract. Enter all employees, including those who were laid off in the year for which you intend to report.
