On August 3, 2006, the Federal Customs Service of Russia issued Order No. 724, according to which, when exporting (exporting) goods from the territory of the Russian Federation, a cargo customs declaration should be filled out. It is compiled by an enterprise that exports products abroad.

The export declaration consists of five pages. On the first page, enter the name of the organization that, according to the contract (contact), transports the goods to another country. Indicate the name of the company that receives the product. Write the name of the company that fills out the declaration, or the personal data of the declarant, if it is an individual.

Write the name of the country of origin of the goods (that is, where it is produced), the country of origin (the country of origin and origin can be the same country), the country of destination (that is, where the goods will be delivered).

On the first sheet of the declaration, enter the number of goods that are exported, net and gross weight. Indicate the cost of the shipment of products to be sent in currency (pre-convert rubles into world currency), write the exchange rate on the date of filling out the export declaration.

Write the numbers, dates of certificates, other permits for the goods, enter additional information, if necessary. Indicate the marking of packages, their number and other distinctive features.

Write the type of vehicles domestically at the border. Enter the place of loading (name of organization and address of its location). Specify special conditions for the delivery of goods, including the number of banking days for a deferred payment. As a rule, the period of product sales begins from the moment the customer receives the exported goods.

Put down marks of the sending authority, including the number and date of seals applied, the signature of the person in charge and the estimated date of delivery. Duplicate the first sheet five times. On the back of the first page, make other marks of the sender.

On the reverse side of the fourth sheet, the notes of the transit country are recorded on the cases that occurred with the goods during transportation. The measures taken are indicated. The date of arrival at the customs control point of the transit country is set, as well as the seal. The fourth sheet is returned to the sending authority.

On the fifth page of the declaration, fill in the necessary information in the same way as filling out the first sheet. Marks are made on it by the recipient country, certified by the signature of the person in charge, the seal of the customs authority.
