How to join SRO builders

Any officially registered company can be a member of both all three self-regulatory organizations, and each individually. But for this it is necessary to meet certain requirements that are presented when issuing a certificate of admission to certain works.

To join a self-regulatory organization, determine the type of activity that your company carries out. This may be work on the preparation of project documentation, construction, overhaul and reconstruction or engineering surveys.

Consider the fact that both the organization’s specialists and its general director must be with higher education. Also, in accordance with what type of work was chosen, the company should have a certain number of employees with the necessary qualifications. If there is any discrepancy with the requirements, then you will need to carry out operational training or advanced training of engineering personnel.

After carrying out the necessary preparation, submit an application for entry into the SRO, which should indicate the entire list of types of work. After this list will be entered in the certificate.

Submit to the SRO the following package of documents: certificate of state registration of the enterprise, certificate of state registration certificate, extract from the register of legal entities, certificate of registration of the company in the Inspection of Taxes and Inspection (assignment of TIN), charter of the enterprise, details of the organization (in free form), information about the qualification composition (copies diplomas, copies of certificates - if available), information on the availability of a technical base (copies of TCP, equipment cards - if available).

After the SRO checks all the data, you will be sent the documents necessary for signing by you and paying the required fees. This happens no later than 30 days after the application is submitted.

Within 14 days after receiving a certificate of membership in the SRO, you will be given a corresponding document that will confirm your organization’s admission to design, construction, survey works.
