How to write a forest for construction

In Art. 30 Forest Codec of the Russian Federation regulated the possibility of harvesting by Russian citizens of wood for their own needs. In particular, it spelled out the possibility of writing out a forest for construction on the basis of a purchase and sale agreement for forest plantations. The subjects of the Russian Federation have adopted local laws that clarify this right and establish standards for forest allocation.

Specify the procedure and standards for the preparation of timber by citizens for the construction needs that are established in the subject of the Russian Federation in whose territory you reside. This law must separately prescribe the provision of forests for the construction of houses and outbuildings, repair and reconstruction of residential buildings, as well as their heating. In addition, for each of these needs, a frequency should be established when a citizen has the right to receive forest.

In order to build, reconstruct or repair a residential building or other outbuildings located on the land plot that is your property, please contact the administration of the rural district in whose territory it is located. The norms for allocating forest for building a house for each district can be different, on average you can get about 150 cubic meters of “business” wood.

In addition to a copy of the passport and a certificate of family composition, it is necessary to collect and attach to the application all documents of title to the land and buildings located on it. If you are building a new house, attach a copy of the building permit to the package of documents.

Your application will be considered by a special commission created by order of the head of the village administration. In addition to representatives of government bodies, its structure may include employees of architecture bodies and the nature protection and forestry department. The Commission considers each application separately and determines the legality of extracting a particular amount of forest. In case of a positive decision, a sales contract will be concluded with you.

Consider that, as a rule, the forest stands out "on the vine." You will receive a certain site, which is intended for planned cutting down. You will need to completely cut down and clear the selected area from the trees and independently process and remove the forest.
