What you need to register IP

To register an individual as an individual entrepreneur, you must make a copy of your passport; fill out an application for registration in the form p21001, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation; pay the state fee and submit the listed documents to the tax office.

In the form p21001 on the first sheet, write the name and code of the registration authority, which corresponds to the name and tax inspection number at your place of residence. Write the last name, first name, middle name of the individual in accordance with the identity document, date and place of his birth. Indicate the address of the place of residence (region, city, settlement, street name, house number, building, apartment).

On the second page of this application, enter the details of the identity document (series, number, date of issue, by whom and when the document was issued). If a minor citizen is registered as an IP, he should indicate the type, name and data of the document, which is the basis for the acquisition of legal capacity by him. When a foreign citizen is registered as an IP, he needs to enter the type, details of an identity document according to international standards, as well as information about a document confirming the right of this foreign citizen to reside in the territory of the Russian Federation (residence permit, temporary residence permit).

On the third page of this form, the applicant puts a personal signature and the date of preparation of the document. Decide on the type of economic activity, on sheet A, indicate the code and name of the type of economic activity according to the All-Russian classifier of types of economic activity. Verify the signature of the individual registering as an individual entrepreneur with a notary.

Pay the state fee, submit to the tax office a document confirming its payment (receipt, bank statement), as well as a completed application in the form p21001, a copy of the identification document of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a foreign citizen (when a foreign citizen wishes to register as an IP) and document confirming the citizen's legal capacity (if a minor is registered).

Get a receipt that the tax officer received the submitted documents on sheet B of this application.
