Any business is a very serious business, and there are always certain risks. Meat trading is no exception. To open your outlet or several outlets, you need to collect a number of documents and have good and reliable suppliers.

You can trade meat in several ways: open your own meat stall or rent it, rent a room in a store or in city markets.

To open a kiosk, rent it, or rent a retail outlet in a store, you need to have all the equipment necessary for trading meat. The equipment includes: refrigeration and freezer counters, a large refrigerator for storing meat, a set of axes and knives, a cash register, scales, wooden chocks for chopping meat, a washable counter for laying out meat. You also need to buy a trading form for yourself and working staff.

You should draw up a set of documents that allow you to trade in meat. Write a statement to the licensing chamber, a statement to the local administration. The tax office needs to register as an individual entrepreneur, and when opening several outlets - as a legal entity.

If you open your outlet, then you need the conclusion of the SES, representatives of the fire department. SES will issue a permit if the outlet will have two rooms of at least 6 sq.m., water supply and sewage.

All your employees (including you) are required to have a health record book and update their work permit every 6 months.

Next, you need to agree with reliable suppliers on the supply of fresh and high-quality meat. If at least once the meat is poor-quality or stale, then you will lose buyers. The meat must be delivered with stamps, with certificates of conformity.

If you are going to sell meat in the city markets, then you need to rent outlets, refrigerators, commercial equipment. All documents are issued the same as when trading in pavilions or rented shops, except for the conclusion of the SES on the outlet and fire department. The market administration will take care of this.
