The law prescribes clear rules for the sale of alcohol. If you intend to engage in this kind of activity, please note that individual entrepreneurs are not eligible for its retail sale. For this you need to register a legal entity. Beer trade to individual entrepreneurs is allowed only at public catering points.

Please note that retail trade in alcoholic products with an ethyl alcohol content higher than 16.5%, as well as beer at locations of sources of increased danger (airports, train stations, subway stations, military facilities, wholesale food markets) and in crowded places - prohibited.

The prohibition of these products applies to sales in the territory located at educational, sports and children's institutions.

The sale of alcohol in the territory of cultural organizations is allowed only in buffets and canteens. You cannot trade in stalls, tents, kiosks, containers, from trays and cars, at bus stops, and also at gas stations.

Before selling alcoholic beverages, check their quality characteristics for external signs. Make sure the integrity of the consumer packaging, the availability of the appropriate brand, as well as information about the manufacturer and supplier.

In catering organizations, be sure to indicate in the price lists for alcoholic products the name of alcohol-containing and alcoholic products, the corresponding volume in consumer packaging, the cost for the entire volume in the container and the price for the volume sold.

At the request of the buyer, provide him with complete and reliable information about the purchased alcohol products.

It is forbidden to sell alcohol-containing and alcoholic products to persons under 18 years of age. If you doubt that the buyers have not reached the specified age, ask them to present documents, in the absence of which refuse to sell this product.

Retail alcohol is not allowed from 23.00 p.m. to 08.00 a.m. This prohibition does not apply to catering organizations such as restaurants and cafes.
