It is best to focus on documents prepared after 2009, taking into account a number of legislative changes, by virtue of which many LLCs had to undergo re-registration precisely because of the inconsistency of their charters with the new requirements of the law.

You can also apply for a sample model charter to your regional business development agency. There, this document, depending on the region, will be provided free of charge or for a small fee.

Mindlessly using a standard text of the charter, as, by the way, the majority does, will not be the best option. It is worth spending some time to carefully study it, analyze it for compliance with your needs and, if necessary, think through and make adjustments.
