How to create a construction company

Before proceeding with the registration of the company and investing considerable amounts of money in it, it is worth familiarizing yourself with property prices and the dynamics of growth or fall in prices.

Then you should register the company with the tax office, providing the following package of documents: Charter of the company; decision of the founders; minutes of the meeting of founders; completed opening forms certified by a notary public; receipts on payment of state duty. After this, you need to order stamps and open a transit account with the bank, since half of the authorized capital is paid before the registration of the enterprise.

Obtaining a license for construction activities is necessary at the opening of the organization. The licensing procedure itself provides for the passage of a special commission, at which a decision is made on its issuance.

The company must have regulatory and technical literature and undergo a comprehensive expert review. For all available equipment, the construction company must have technical passports and inspection reports by labor protection authorities. Technical parameters of own or leased equipment must correspond to the declared types of work. Then an application for a license is submitted to the architectural and construction inspection.

In addition to equipment for each type of activity of a construction company, specialists are needed, so staff should be recruited before submitting documents for a license. Employees of the created company must have experience in construction organizations and higher education. An accountant is required. After all the preparatory procedures, the bank opens current accounts of the company. Not later than 5 days after opening accounts, you must notify the tax office.

After opening a construction company, the main problem will be finding customers. We’ll have to allocate a budget for newspaper advertising, handing out leaflets, etc. In an extreme case, you can put up ads on the services provided in the city.
