When starting a private business, you must clearly understand that the main advantage of the company is its competitiveness. It is not enough just to gain a foothold in the market niche; it is necessary to constantly develop, attracting new customers and increasing the scale of activity.

Instruction manual

1

Don't stop looking for customers for a second. Use aggressive marketing, advertise services in all ways, based on your target audience. Use ads on the web, on the radio, and in newspapers. Post ads and hire promoters. The more often your company name is mentioned, the more popular your services will be.

2

Use the club card system for regular customers. Bonuses can be either an accumulative system of discounts or periodic discounts on certain goods, which can only be received by cardholders. If your business allows it, use the accrual of bonuses for referred customers. Also do not forget about seasonal discounts and sales - this will help to attract the maximum number of customers.

3

Use the tools of state support for entrepreneurship. This can be a loan for business development, or a grant. Currently, in almost every region there is a free search for partners not only in the Russian Federation, but also abroad.

4

Look for suppliers and partners yourself. Even if the current state of affairs suits you, constantly look for more profitable options and suggestions. Be open to business offers from companies that are ready to cooperate with you, always have contacts of suppliers who are ready to provide the goods you need ready - so you can easily say goodbye to those partners whose quality of work does not suit you.

5

Enter the regional markets. Using a network of branches and sales representatives, you can cover large areas that are not limited only to your city.

6

Always look for people who are willing to invest in the development of your business. Attend fairs, conferences and business receptions, as well as significant events related to the development of entrepreneurship in your city. The more you communicate with people who may be your potential customers and partners, the higher the likelihood that they will become real customers and partners.
