To open the production of packages, you need to obtain documents on registration of a legal entity (IP or LLC).

Next, you need to find a room that will house production lines and a warehouse. It can be bought or rented. The room in which the production workshop will be located must have ceilings of at least 7 meters, otherwise the necessary equipment will simply not fit there. Since the room where the production of packages will be located is quite high, you should especially take care of its heating. In most cases, infrared lamps are installed for this.

Purchase a production line. You will need: an extruder, a film cutting machine, a press that cuts a handle in a bag. The line can be bought already in the kit and together with the production technology or dial the necessary equipment separately. In the second case, of course, you can save some money, but you need to understand the process of producing packages. If you want to apply images to packages, you will need another device - a flexograph. However, such equipment is quite expensive, and at the initial stage, perhaps you should refrain from this idea.

Choose the raw materials you will work with. The choice of a material directly affects the quality of the finished product. Granular polyethylene, the granule size of which does not exceed 5 mm, is considered the highest quality material for the manufacture of bags. The use of secondary raw materials is quite acceptable, but only for packages that should not come into contact with food, due to the content of harmful substances in them. Polypropylene is sometimes used as raw material, however, it requires special, not so common equipment. For the production of bags you will also need dyes. Prices for them differ from different manufacturers, sometimes very significantly.

When everything is ready for launch, it is necessary to select personnel. Work on the production of packages does not require any special knowledge and skills from employees. Machine maintenance is a simple matter, and you can learn it pretty quickly.

On one modern line, you can produce completely different packages, which will help to significantly increase sales and work on order. Specialists advise starting a business with the production of one or two products, and when your business pays off and starts to generate income, you can expand the range.
