In this case, the buyer chooses the product he likes, and the smell of fresh fruit attracts attention and increases the percentage of sales. Observe the storage conditions for fruits, as even fresh and high-quality products can deteriorate quickly if stored improperly. For each type of fruit, if possible, its temperature regime and humidity level should be observed. Please note that some fruits cannot be stored with each other. For example, apples emit ethylene gas, which accelerates the ripening process, and many fruits, bananas, for example, the proximity to apples provides rapid decay. However, in any case, spoilage of fruits is inevitable. At the first sign, it will be more efficient to lower the price of perishable goods than later simply throw it away.
