How to compile a report on alcohol

All organizations, at least in some way related to alcohol, whether it is the production of alcoholic beverages or alcohol-containing cosmetics, the owners of cafes, wineglasses or large supermarkets - all must record and declare alcohol, in other words, submit reports and declarations to the Federal Service for Alcohol Control (FSARR).

Appendix 1. Declaration on the volume of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol. It is filled by organizations involved in the production of alcohol, as well as turnover. In any quantities.

Appendix 2. Declaration on the scope of use of ethyl alcohol. It is filled with organizations that use alcohol in the production of something - cosmetics or medicines, for example.

Appendix 3. Declaration on the volume of production and turnover of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products. The name speaks for itself. This declaration is filled out by enterprises - manufacturers of alcoholic beverages of any strength.

Appendix 4. Fill out enterprises - manufacturers of alcoholic beverages of any strength, purchasing alcohol, using it as raw materials, auxiliary material.

If you are not a producer of alcohol and alcoholic beverages at all, then you need to hand over Appendices 5, 6, 7 to RAR Order No. 231 of 08/23/2012. This is a purchase (how many and from whom they bought), sales (to whom they sold which alcohol) and turnover (sold and bought by manufacturers). We begin with appendix No. 7 - the volume of sales, then adj. No. 8 - the volume of purchases. We print out both reports and transfer the data from them to Appendix No. 5 volume of turnover.

Carrier companies fill out and submit Form 9.

Appendix 10. Declaration on the use of capacities for the production of ethyl alcohol. It is filled by organizations producing alcohol, beer drinks, poire, mead from ethyl alcohol.

Appendix 11. On the volume of retail sales of alcohol (except beer, etc.) To be completed by retailers. For beer, fill out appendix 12.

The declaration consists of a title page and a declaration form.
