Rent a room for a veterinary clinic or pharmacy. Often in veterinary clinics there is also a pharmacy. A clinic usually requires an operating room. Call the representatives of Rospotrebnadzor to issue an appropriate opinion on the sanitary-technical condition of the premises, on the equipment and personnel available.

In order to obtain a license for veterinary activities, contact the Rosselkhoznadzor with the following documents: - constituent documents of the individual entrepreneur or LLC;

- BIN;

- certificate of registration with the tax authorities;

- a lease agreement and a certificate of ownership or a certified copy thereof (must be obtained from the lessor);

- the positive conclusion of Rospotrebnadzor;

- cadastral passport and floor plan;

- diplomas of higher or secondary veterinary or pharmaceutical education (yours or your employees);

- certified copies of work books and other documents confirming the experience in this industry (at least 3 years);

- certificates of professional development, as well as certificates for the provision of various veterinary services (yours or your employees).

Obtain a license within 30 days from the date of filing. It will be valid for 5 years.
