How to get a license for your program

Features in obtaining a license for each individual activity can be established only by the government of the Russian Federation. At the same time, for your program to work officially, an appropriate license is also required.

Write an application for the necessary license indicating the name of the program and the legal form of the entity (legal entity), its location, name, number and other information of the document proving his identity (for individual entrepreneurs), as well as the type of activity that you intend to carry out.

Collect all the necessary documents to obtain a license:

- copies of existing constituent documents, as well as a copy of the document on the state registration of the owner of this program (with originals, if such copies are not certified by a notary. These documents are required to obtain a license by a legal entity);

- a copy of the certificate of state registration of the owner of the licensed program in the form of an individual entrepreneur (also with the presentation of the original, if the copy was not certified by a notary. This document is required from the individual entrepreneur);

- a certified copy of the license applicant’s certificate of registration with the tax authorities (or the original).

Attach a license application to all collected documents. Pay the amount of the license fee charged by your licensing authority for reviewing your application. Then save the receipt, which confirms the fact of your payment and attach it to all other documents.

Submit all the documents you have collected to the appropriate licensing authority. After that, you need to wait a few days until the moment your application is considered, and all the documents you submitted are carefully checked. Next, you will be issued a decision in the form of a license, or your application will be issued in the form of a letter with a reasoned refusal.
