How to write a charter

For successful registration of an educational institution, it is necessary to draw up its Charter. Without this document, the institution will not be able to carry out full-fledged activities. Carefully read the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education". Pay special attention to sections that reflect the requirements for the Charter of an educational institution. Without fail in the Charter reflect the following points:

- name, location (legal and actual address) and status of the educational institution;

- the founder;

- the legal form of the institution;

- the goals of the educational process;

- types and types of educational programs;

Pay particular attention to the preparation of a section reflecting the management of an educational institution. Include the following items in the section:

- the limits of competence of the head;

- structure and procedure for the formation of governing bodies;

- the procedure for the reorganization and liquidation of the institution.

Include in the Charter the rules in accordance with which the educational institution will operate.
