Make the store’s premises pleasant for customers, think about its design taking into account the specifics of the product. The narrow specialization of the store is good in that it can be limited to two or three reliable suppliers of quality goods. You can collaborate with a large number of suppliers for some time, but after a while stop at those you are sure of.

At the same time, in a specialized store it makes sense to arrange presentations of new types of goods and introduce their customers to them. It is not necessary to occupy shelves and space of the store with extraneous goods, it should have its own “face”.

Friendly and qualified staff can have a significant impact on revenue in a specialty store. Recruit those who love and want to work, conduct training. Sellers should thoroughly know all the goods and be able to present the entire range to the buyer, talk about the qualities and differences of each item presented.
