For 2 months, the organization is checked for debts and other obligations to creditors, people working in this organization, etc.

Gather the necessary documents. The liquidation balance should reflect the financial condition of the organization at the time of termination of work, evaluate the value of property, etc. It is necessary to prepare and confirm the payment of the state duty, today it is equal to 800 rubles. You will have to apply to the Pension Fund in order to receive a document confirming the submission to this body of an individual personal account of the entrepreneur himself and information about each employee of this organization. The Pension Fund, at the request of the registration authority, formulates information that the employer made all pension contributions for each employee in a timely manner.

Send the collected documents to the tax office after the liquidation committee has confirmed the reasons and the need for liquidation of the enterprise. As a rule, the commission works for 2-3 months. Documents to the registration authority can be provided in person, or by mail, as well as in electronic format via the Internet. They are submitted to make an appropriate entry in the register of legal entities, after which no new taxes will be charged, and in the Pension Fund - deductions for employees are expected. Before submitting documents, you should check the correctness of their design to avoid wasting time.

In the register of legal entities an entry is made on the termination of the organization. The corresponding entry must be made in the registry for 5 days. Only after that the legal entity is considered to be invalid.
