Rent or buy a room for a window production workshop, depending on whether you intend to open a company with minimal productivity (up to 15-20 window structures per day) or large-scale. Install ventilation, take care of the light. Remember to take all possible measures to prevent fires. Remember that you do this not for the positive conclusion of fire supervision, but for the safety of the production itself.

Rent an office in the immediate vicinity of the workshop or in another area. However, do not forget that in both cases, the office should also have a small showroom where customers could get acquainted with your products.

Conclude agreements with suppliers of equipment and double-glazed windows. Both that, and another is better for purchasing directly from manufacturers. If you really want to take care of the quality of your window constructions, sign contracts only with German manufacturers.

Hire staff by contacting recruitment agencies or by posting to newspapers. You will need gauges, assemblers (at least 2-3 teams of each specialty), process engineer, foremen of PVC and double-glazed windows, chief accountant, storekeeper, lawyer, sales managers, technical personnel.

Get all the necessary certificates and licenses. The main requirement for structures of this kind is reduced heat transfer resistance, in other words, the thermal conductivity of windows, which should be minimal.

Place advertising in the media, create your own website. Order booklets, business cards and outdoor advertising in the agency. Do not forget that at first any enterprise operates at a loss, so try to establish a sales system as quickly as possible.
