Before hiring key employees, contact your designers or design your own clothing models. Purchase fabrics and accessories from reliable suppliers. Do not save and do not buy cheap fabrics if you do not want your goods to be in stock.

Decide how you will advertise your products or, for starters, conclude several contracts with stores and markets at dumping prices, presenting samples of the goods that you plan to produce.

Hire core staff. When interviewing, be sure to ask to demonstrate cutting and sewing skills. Hire "your" designers so that the production does not stand still and does not go on about consumer goods.
