Register as an individual entrepreneur. After that, you will have to register with the regional branch of Rospotrebnadzor. This organization will verify your compliance with sanitary requirements and the availability of necessary equipment. After that, you will receive permission to provide hairdressing services from the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. It remains only to obtain the appropriate approval from the fire inspection. Having eliminated possible violations, if any, you can begin to work.
