Almost everyone wants to learn English, so opening English courses can be a profitable business with a steadily growing profit. When opening such courses, it is worth paying attention to the specifics of the locality, the main clients (children or adults) and the availability of qualified teachers. Courses, like any other business, will need to be registered in the manner prescribed by law.

Instruction manual

1

What your courses will be depends on the locality. In a small town, there are not many people who want to learn English, mainly students of different ages and levels of training. Therefore, you will need courses in general English (according to the school curriculum). In large cities, business English, both legal and technical, will be in demand.

2

Decide on your main customers. Even in a metropolis, it makes no sense to immediately open multidisciplinary English courses. First open some of the most popular destinations (English for high school students, the basics of business English, etc.). With the growing popularity of your courses and the influx of customers, it will be possible to develop other areas.

3

Find teachers who are strong precisely in those areas of the English language that will be in greatest demand. It is best to take teachers with experience, but promising students of specialized universities are suitable for teaching the first steps in English.

4

Do not forget about advertising courses. Make leaflets and distribute them at the places where your potential clients gather (at office centers, non-core universities, schools). Prepare an online advertising newsletter that explains the benefits of your courses in a simple and accessible way, and start sending it to the addresses of companies in need of knowledge of the English language of companies. Such companies may pay for the training of your employees if you are interested in them.

5

Go in for classroom equipment. It should be spacious enough and have everything you need for classes (computers, headphones, a whiteboard with a marker). Buy textbooks in advance for which you will study. Then you can sell them to customers, because it will be easier for them to buy textbooks from you than to look for them all over the city.

6

A suitable legal form for English courses would be a nonprofit educational institution (LEU). To register it, you need to develop a charter, have suitable premises on lease, and pay a state fee. Registration of LEU is carried out by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice.
