2. Register as an individual entrepreneur (IP). In this case, you will be able to conduct classes mainly for adults, but you will not encounter the terrible bureaucratic red tape that awaits you if you decide to register LEU.

Calculate how much it will cost to rent a room, purchase textbooks, teacher salaries, taxes. Keep in mind that the money that your courses earn in a month should fully cover your expenses. Therefore, you will need to either make the cost of training high enough, which is extremely undesirable - it will only push away customers, or recruit a large number of students. Of course, the second option is preferable. Therefore, give announcements about the opening of courses on the Internet, newspapers, on radio and television, make presentations in schools, at parent meetings, come to the directors of various institutions and tell why it is so important for him to send his employees to foreign language courses specifically to you at school. Do not forget to say that for corporate clients you have a discount.

Do not go in cycles in one format of training. Keep in mind that people with different language skills and different levels of employment may want to study. Make a basic program, let it last a year. But also do "intensives for those who have no time" - two-three-month courses, seminars "Conversational English in a week", etc. Be creative. Come up with all kinds of PR moves to attract the attention of customers. For example, announce a promotion - for each student who brings another one - 3 months of study for free!
