How to open a company in Moscow

Registration of your company in Moscow is not an easy task. You can contact a specialized company that will take care of the entire process of registration, or you can do it yourself, clearly observing the procedure established by law.

Develop the constituent documents required for registration. This is the charter of the enterprise indicating the rights and obligations of members and copies of documents of the head and chief accountant; memorandum of association; the minutes of the meeting of the founders, at which a decision was made on the formation of the company; its name (full and abbreviated); types of upcoming activities; legal address.

Prepare a statement of the established form P11001 to the tax office on the registration of the company, to which you attach all the required documents. Pay special attention to the correct filling of the application, as even the presence of small inaccuracies is a reason for refusing a tax office. Verify all documents with a notary.

Contact the tax office with a prepared statement and documents attached to it. Certified originals will remain at the IFTS, and you will need to make a request for a copy, which indicates the name of the company, the date and number of the protocol on the formation of the company and the passport details of the founders.

Pay to Sberbank the established state fee for registering a company and issuing a second Charter to the tax inspectorate.

Get in the FSGS the statistics code assigned to your company by type of activity - OKVED. Report the received code to the IFTS.

Develop a sketch of the seal of the company, order it and register it on the basis of the statutory documents.

Open a bank account with which your company will subsequently work.

Notify the tax office about your opening a current account.

Contact the Pension Fund to register a registered company.

Register with the Social Security and Compulsory Health Insurance Funds.
