Search for staff. It is advisable to choose experienced seamstresses, perhaps even with their own client base. To work with them, you can choose one of the payment methods. Firstly, you can assign them a piece-rate salary depending on the number of orders. However, it is necessary to control the deadlines, since the seamstress can overestimate her strength. Secondly, you can rent a workplace and equipment by charging a certain monthly amount from an employee that does not depend on the work performed.

Make sure that information about your studio is present in all city directories of a suitable orientation. Be sure to place catchy advertisements at the entrance with some rates. Organize booklet mailing in a nearby area.
