You need to hire an accountant who will keep a cash register, record incoming funds, draw up reports, etc. Calculate how much it will cost you to open a private medical office, what expenses and income await. Carefully study the diplomas of specialists, the availability of higher medical categories, certificates of completion of continuing education courses, experience in this field, work experience of employees abroad, etc.

Look at the rating of offers in the field of medical services. Decide for yourself whether it will be a multidisciplinary clinic or the provision of services in a specific area, for example, dentistry or gynecology. The organization of medical services for pensioners and children is gaining increasing popularity. You can conclude a contract with a driving school and open a private medical office for examinations of future drivers.

All communications must be carried out in the room. You can own it or rent it. For temporary use, you can arrange a room located in the municipal medical institution. If there is no such option, you can rent an apartment located on the ground floor with a bathroom and a separate exit. The premises owned must be registered as non-residential. You need to contact the BTI, collect all documents proving ownership, and submit them for consideration to the Registration Chamber at the place of residence.

Next, contact the Rospotrebnadzor. Write an application for a conclusion on the compliance of medical activities with sanitary-epidemiological standards and rules. Submit a Lease Agreement or Certificate of ownership of non-residential premises, tax certificates, a medical record for consideration. The conclusion must be notarized. Conclude an agreement with municipal services for garbage collection. In addition, contact the fire supervision service, provide them with a list of required documents and purchase a fire alarm.

Now buy medical equipment. It is advisable to contact serious manufacturers and reliable suppliers. Modern equipment is highly rated. Ask for help from a professional, for example, a manager, whose cost of services will be 10% of the price of equipment. It is not necessary to purchase new equipment, you can buy a used one.

Remember that any medical activity is subject to licensing. Gather documents proving the availability of premises, personnel, medical equipment and transfer them to the Licensing Chamber. Within 45 days, an examination will be conducted, the results of which make a decision on the grant of a license.

For each type of medical activity, you need to submit a separate application for a license; at the same time, accreditation of medical activity is carried out. The issuance of sick leave also requires a separate document confirming this right. The license is signed personally by the Head of the Licensing Chamber.
