If you want to start your own business, but do not have much business experience, it is better to organize a private enterprise. This legal form is the simplest of all entrepreneurial structures. Here are some tips on how to do this.

Go to your tax office and get there an application form in the form of N P21001, as well as a receipt for payment of the state duty.

Pay the state fee for state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur.

Hand over the prepared package of documents to your tax authority. You can download the list of necessary documents on the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

After you have handed over your documents, the tax inspector will issue you a receipt. It will indicate the date of the decision on registration. The term for consideration of the application is 5 working days.

When the indicated date approaches, you must come to the tax authority with a passport and a receipt. You will be given:
• certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur;
• certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• extract from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (EGRIP).

Open a bank account - for this you need to take with you all the documents you received. This procedure is paid, and you may be given a card with a signature sample - it will need to be certified by a notary. And the last: if you want, you can get a print, or you can not do this - this is at your discretion.

In the event that you began to engage in business without registering, all the rules established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation will still apply to you.
