Provide comprehensive support to the individual who has contacted you regarding the registration of individual entrepreneurs. Clarify all the nuances of this process by contacting FZ-129 of 08.08.2001 "On the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs." Ask to prepare the entire package of documents required for submission to the IFTS, namely: - passport; - TIN; - list of activities in accordance with the classifier of OKVED.

If the future entrepreneur has not yet issued a TIN, take the forms of the application form from the tax service department to receive this document. Make a power of attorney on behalf of the person who contacted you and assure it of a notary public. Fill out the application form, indicating your passport data as a proxy, and ask the client to sign it in confirmation of your authority. Get the TIN and pass it to the guarantor.

Please note: you may also need a power of attorney to register an IP, if the client expresses a desire for you to represent his interests in the tax office. Recommend that he first send the documents by mail or contact the public services portal. In case of his refusal, issue a power of attorney immediately for the preparation of all documents - both the TIN and the certificate of registration. In addition to it, you will need certified copies of all client documents.

Offer your services to an individual entrepreneur who wants to rent a room for his company. Your task will be to conclude a contract with the owner or receive a letter of guarantee from him.
