First of all, issue an invoice or an invoice if you are transporting your goods abroad or want to import it to Russia. This is an accompanying document issued by the seller of the goods. It indicates the name and coordinates of both parties, the date and number of the order, description of the goods, the exact values ​​indicated on the packaging of the goods, the cost of the goods, as well as the method of payment and delivery.

Write out the proforma invoice, it is not a settlement document. Most often, with the help of such a document, a cargo is sent that is sent to someone free of charge.

Check the design of the packing list, which should indicate the position of the goods with the number and weight of each piece of cargo. An export declaration is also required, which is an accompanying document for goods of European origin that are transported outside the EEC countries.

Indicate the presence of a transport declaration that accompanies all goods of non-European origin across the territory of the European Union, as well as goods from European customs warehouses. The waybill must inform about the sender and the recipient (country, name, address), place of loading and unloading of cargo, number of seats, name of cargo and its weight (net, gross), type of packaging, declared cost of cargo and payment terms. The carrier (name, legal address), invoice date, waybill number, driver’s name, freight carrier’s signature and stamp, registration number and car make must be indicated. The document is made in triplicate, signed by the sender and the carrier.

Instruct the driver to fill out all the documents correctly. A mistake made and not noticed in time can cause a refusal during the execution of customs documents, which will lead to downtime.
